Disk 1: (Purple)
"Sleep Programming for Out of Body Experiences" Primarily
designed as a passive conditioning program. This CD is
designed for continuous play during sleep, to encourage the
subconscious to accept and allow out of body experiences.
Generally this program is used two different ways, playing it
continuously and aloud during sleep. The other approach is to
play it softly with headphones or a pillow speaker. (Use
concurrently
with each successive technique as desired).
Disk 2: (Blue) "Spiritual Awakening" with "Hypnosis for
Out-of-Body Travel."
I recommend starting with this CD and using it daily for at
least a week. Remember the first important step in all OBE
methods is total body relaxation. As much as possible allow
yourself to release and relax into each program. Suspend all
mental judgment and analysis of the various techniques and
just allow yourself to flow with the programs.
Disk 3: (Green) "Target Technique" and
"Spiritual Growth and Expansion." Do the Spiritual Growth and
Expansion program first and then begin the Target Technique.
Remember to maintain your selected targets as your last
conscious thought as you allow your body to drift off. During
this and all techniques incorporate as many as your senses as
possible.
Disk 4: (Yellow) "The Vibrational Technique"
and "Chakra Technique" When doing the Chakra method it
is important to visualize or feel the energy expansion and
opening. This can be achieved by imagining a flower opening,
or even a door or window opening. Allow yourself to be as
creative as possible with this and all the methods.
