1. Nature of Consciousness and Self-Identity
We are not physical beings — our current body is a temporary biological vehicle used to experience the physical world.
Our consciousness exists across multiple dimensions simultaneously and is the only thing we truly "are" and "take with us."
Our deeply rooted beliefs and social programming from birth (e.g., religion, culture, gender identity) act as anchors, limiting and distorting our perception and mobility in all realities.
Our core self is immortal, non-form-based consciousness currently using multiple energy bodies for expression.
2. Out-of-Body Experiences (OBEs) as Evolutionary Experiences.
OBEs are not just "cool experiences" — they are important for exploring, expanding and evolving our state of consciousness. They provide an experiential method to obtain personal answers to the many mysteries of our existence.
As soul/consciousness we learn and evolve by becoming what we choose to know. The time this education process may take is meaningless since we are immortal.
OBEs are a temporary shift of awareness from our physical body to one of our less dense energy bodies.
Many people are unprepared for this shift of consciousness because they are mentally trapped in rigid belief systems and identities.
3. Limiting Beliefs and Indoctrination
Childhood religious or cultural conditioning and indoctrination creates unconscious blocks and distortions of our perception of reality. This hinders our search for the truth of our existence.
People carry their beliefs and identities (e.g., gender, religion.) into the nonphysical realities, thereby limiting their perception and experiences.
Countless nonphysical consensus realities (e.g., astral churches, astral cities) mirror earthly ones; they are created and maintained by the collective beliefs of the local inhabitants.
4. The "Box" Metaphor
Every belief is a wall. Most people explore Consciousness within a pre-made box — religious, scientific, or philosophical.
To become effective explorers, we must destroy the box — that is, let go of all belief systems, even "spiritual" or "new age" ones.
Self-exploration, not external philosophy, is a direct path.
5. Reprogramming the Subconscious
The subconscious holds our limiting beliefs, which must be actively identified and released.
Methods such as deep meditation, trance, OBEs, hypnosis, and affirmations are tools for inner deconditioning.
This personal mental assessment and reprogramming process is not passive — it must become part of daily lifestyle practice.
6. Conscious Death and Final Transition
At death, people tend to default to their established beliefs and often experience the familiar and relatable physical-like consensus afterlife realities of the astral dimension.
Transition Preparation is Essential. One can program their own "death script" — e.g., affirmations like, “Spiritual Essene Now’ and or “Higher Self now” — to focus and enhance their higher vibrational transition/death.
Example: Tibetan Buddhists chant, “Go to the clear light of the Void!” — aiming for transcendence of their consciousness beyond all ‘lower/denser vibrational dimensional form-based realities such as the astral’ as they transition/die.
During your entire death process focus on your highest spiritual intention!
7. Practical Guidance for Death Transition
Create your personal audio script (recorded in your own voice) with powerful spiritual, goal-focused affirmations to play during your transition. Examples, Higher Self Now! My Spiritual Essence Now! I surrender to my Higher Self Now!
If possible, choose not to be sedated heavily during your final transition. Attempt to maintain the Conscious Awareness of your highest spiritual goal.
Write clear detailed death instructions in your living will. Prepare and instruct allies who will support your chosen transition process.
8. OBEs as a Personal Spiritual Practice
OBEs can be part of a daily spiritual practice, like meditation. If possible, allocate 30 minutes a day.
Learn an OBE technique that fits your natural strengths:
Visual: Target technique (mentally walking between and focusing upon multiple visualized points).
Auditory: Affirmations or guided hypnosis.
Kinesthetic: Tactile, motion or energy-focused methods.
9. Warnings Against Dependence upon Beliefs
Do not rely on manmade conclusions or beliefs— whether they be teachers, religions, books or philosophies — to define reality.
Even scientific paradigms (e.g., quantum physics) can and do become dogmatic.
You are the only valid source of truth in your own multidimensional journey.
10. Final Reflections
Consciousness exploration is not a game or intellectual curiosity — it is our evolutionary inner path.
Death is not the end; it’s the continuation of our Consciousness into another dimension.
Having fun, curiosity, and self-responsibility are key attitudes. As soul/consciousness we are immortal and the powerful creators of our reality.
